এই শর্তগুলো Motion-X Scholarship (শিক্ষা বৃত্তি)-এর জন্য। আবেদন করার মানে আপনি নিচের সব শর্ত পড়েছেন এবং মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
অর্থায়ন: যাকাত তহবিল
- এই বৃত্তির পুরো খরচ Motion-X Academy-র যাকাত তহবিল থেকে বহন করা হয়। এটি আমাদের দায়িত্ব, আপনার প্রতি কোনো অনুগ্রহ নয়।
- যাকাতের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী, যারা যাকাত গ্রহণের যোগ্য, শুধু তারাই আবেদন করবেন। আপনার নিজের নিসাব পরিমাণ সম্পদ থাকলে অনুগ্রহ করে আবেদন করবেন না, যাতে সিটটি সত্যিকারের প্রয়োজনী কেউ পান।
- কে যাকাতের অর্থে বৃত্তি পেয়েছেন, তা কখনো প্রকাশ করা হয় না।
১. কারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন
- যারা সত্যিই এই মুহূর্তে কোর্স বা টুলের দাম দিতে পারছেন না: শিক্ষার্থী, বেকার, বা পরিবারের আয় কম এমন যে কেউ।
- নিজের নামে, নিজের ছবি দেওয়া একাউন্ট থেকে আবেদন করতে হবে। অন্যের হয়ে আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
- প্রতিটি কোর্স বা টুলের জন্য আলাদা আবেদন। একজন একাধিক বৃত্তি পাবেন, এমন নিশ্চয়তা নেই।
২. সিট সীমিত
- প্রতিটি কোর্স ও টুলে নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক সিট থাকে। এই রাউন্ডের সিট নিচের তালিকায় দেওয়া হলো।
- অনুমোদিত আবেদনই সিট পূরণ করে। সিট পূরণ হয়ে গেলে ওই কোর্সের আবেদন বন্ধ থাকে।
- আগে আবেদন করলেই আগে পাবেন, এমন নয়। প্রয়োজন ও আগ্রহ দেখে বাছাই করা হয়।

৩. আবেদন ও যাচাই
- আবেদনের সব তথ্য সত্য হতে হবে: আপনার অবস্থা, পেশা, পারিবারিক আয় ও মোবাইল নম্বর।
- প্রয়োজনে আমরা আপনাকে ফোন করতে পারি, অথবা স্টুডেন্ট আইডি বা অন্য কোনো প্রমাণ চাইতে পারি।
- প্রোফাইলের ছবি অবশ্যই আপনার নিজের হতে হবে।
৪. বাছাইয়ের সিদ্ধান্ত
- প্রতিটি আবেদন Motion-X টিম নিজে পড়ে সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়। এই সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত।
- সিদ্ধান্ত ইমেইলে জানানো হয়, আর আবেদন পেজে আপনার আবেদনের অবস্থা দেখা যায়।
- আবেদন বাতিল হলে কারণ জানাতে আমরা বাধ্য নই। পরের রাউন্ডে আবার আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
৫. বৃত্তিতে কী পাবেন
- বৃত্তি পূর্ণ (১০০%) বা আংশিক (যেমন ৫০%, ২০%) হতে পারে। কত শতাংশ দেওয়া হবে, তা Motion-X টিম ঠিক করে।
- পূর্ণ বৃত্তি পেলে কোর্স বা টুলটি সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে আপনার একাউন্টে খুলে যাবে। অ্যাক্সেস একজন পেইড শিক্ষার্থীর মতোই।
- আংশিক বৃত্তি পেলে আপনি একটি ব্যক্তিগত কোড পাবেন। কোডটি একবারই ব্যবহার করা যাবে এবং ১৪ দিন পর্যন্ত বৈধ। বাকি টাকা এই সময়ের মধ্যে পরিশোধ করতে হবে, না হলে সিটটি অন্য কাউকে দেওয়া হতে পারে।
- কোনো টাকা ফেরত দিতে হবে না। এটা ঋণ নয়।
- সার্টিফিকেট, অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট রিভিউ ও কমিউনিটির নিয়ম অন্য সবার মতোই প্রযোজ্য।
- বৃত্তি নগদ টাকায় বা অন্য কোর্সে বদলানো যায় না।
৬. আপনার দায়িত্ব
- নিয়মিত শিখবেন: লেসন শেষ করবেন, আর কোর্সে অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট থাকলে জমা দেবেন।
- একাউন্ট, ভিডিও, ফাইল বা টুল অন্য কাউকে দেওয়া, শেয়ার করা বা বিক্রি করা যাবে না। টুলের লাইসেন্স শুধু আপনার নিজের ব্যবহারের জন্য।
- কমিউনিটিতে সবার সাথে সম্মানজনক আচরণ করবেন।
৭. বৃত্তি বাতিল
নিচের যেকোনো ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ করা হতে পারে:
- আবেদনে মিথ্যা তথ্য দিলে;
- একাউন্ট বা কনটেন্ট শেয়ার বা বিক্রি করলে;
- কমিউনিটির নিয়ম ভাঙলে;
- দীর্ঘ সময় কোনো অগ্রগতি না থাকলে। সেক্ষেত্রে সিটটি অন্য কাউকে দেওয়া হতে পারে।
৮. গোপনীয়তা
- আপনার আবেদনের তথ্য শুধু আমাদের টিম দেখে। কারা বৃত্তি পেয়েছেন, তাদের নাম বা তথ্য আমরা প্রকাশ করি না।
- আপনার সফলতার গল্প শেয়ার করতে চাইলে আগে আপনার অনুমতি নেওয়া হবে।
৯. পরিবর্তন
প্রয়োজনে Motion-X Academy এই শর্তাবলী, সিটের সংখ্যা বা পুরো বৃত্তি কার্যক্রম পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করতে পারে। যে বৃত্তি একবার দেওয়া হয়েছে, তা ওপরের ৭ নম্বর শর্ত ছাড়া বাতিল হবে না।

These terms apply to the Motion-X Scholarship. By applying, you confirm that you have read and accept all of them.
Funding: our zakat fund
- Every scholarship is paid in full from Motion-X Academy's zakat fund. It is our obligation, not a favour to you.
- Under the rules of zakat, please apply only if you are eligible to receive zakat. If you own wealth at or above the nisab, please don't apply, so the seat reaches someone who truly needs it.
- We never reveal who has received a scholarship.
1. Who can apply
- Anyone who genuinely cannot pay for a course or tool right now — students, people without work, or families on a low income.
- Apply from your own account, with your own name and a real photo of yourself. Applications on someone else's behalf are not accepted.
- Each course or tool needs its own application. Receiving more than one scholarship is not guaranteed.
2. Seats are limited
- Each course and tool has a fixed number of scholarship seats. This round's seats are listed below.
- Only approved applications take a seat. When the seats are filled, applications for that course close.
- Applying first does not mean being selected first. We choose based on need and commitment.

3. Applying and verification
- Everything in your application must be true: your situation, occupation, family income and mobile number.
- We may call you, or ask for a student ID or other proof.
- Your profile photo must be a real photo of you.
4. Selection
- The Motion-X team reads every application and decides personally. The decision is final.
- We tell you the decision by email, and your application's status is shown on the scholarship page.
- We are not obliged to give a reason if an application is declined. You may apply again in a later round.
5. What you receive
- A scholarship can be full (100%) or partial (for example 50% or 20%). The Motion-X team decides the percentage.
- With a full scholarship, the course or tool opens on your account completely free, with the same access as a paying student.
- With a partial scholarship, you receive a personal code. It works once and is valid for 14 days. Please pay the rest within that time, or the seat may go to someone else.
- There is nothing to pay back. A scholarship is not a loan.
- Certificates, assignment reviews and community rules apply to you exactly as to everyone else.
- A scholarship cannot be exchanged for cash or for a different course.
6. Your responsibilities
- Learn regularly: finish the lessons, and submit assignments where the course has them.
- Never give, share or sell your account, videos, files or tools. Tool licences are for your personal use only.
- Treat everyone in the community with respect.
7. When a scholarship can be withdrawn
Access may be removed if:
- your application contained false information;
- you share or sell your account or the content;
- you break the community rules;
- you make no progress for a long time, in which case the seat may go to someone else.
8. Privacy
- Only our team sees your application. We never publish the names or details of the people we help.
- If you would like to share your success story, we will always ask for your permission first.
9. Changes
Motion-X Academy may change these terms or the number of seats, or end the scholarship programme. A scholarship already given will only be withdrawn under section 7.
